Hello everyone, I have finally posted some new images onto the site. I am busy painting and do not always get around to computer and paperwork etc. The internet has become a wonderful tool for sharing my work. There is nothing to compare with seeing the paintings live, but it gives you an idea of what they look like. I have some new work at all of the galleries. As you can see I am still inspired by our beautiful West (Wet and Warm) Coast. I am sure I will not tire of trying to capture how it makes me feel. Thanks to those who have given me such positive feedback over the years, it has been very encouraging.
If you have been travelling by air you may have seen two of my paintings at the Vancouver Airport, it has led to my showing at the Rustica Gallery in Cochrane, Alberta, I am looking forward to a positive association with them. I also have a painting in the Federation Gallery on Granville Island for their Capturing the Canadian Spirit show. It will run through the Olympics. You can see the show on www.artists.ca. They will be having an opening evening Thursday Feb 4 from 4pm - 9pm. I hope that some of you will come.
We have an exciting month to look forward to in Vancouver, flowers are already blooming. Spring is not far away!
